Retire.do Sponsor Terms (placeholder v0).
The final text is pending the Gate A legal review.
What a Sponsorship is
A Sponsorship is a paid listing on Retire.do, like a directory. It is not a rating or a guarantee.
Fees, invoices, renewals and price snapshots
For now we send invoices by hand. The price you agree is kept for your whole term, and a renewal uses the price in force at that time.
Labels and the badge
Sponsors are shown only with the labels Retire.do allows, and never as "recommended", "verified" or "trusted".
No influence on Ambassadors
A Sponsor who pushes votes or tries to influence who becomes an Ambassador breaks these Terms.
Client data and confidentiality
A Sponsor who receives documents that members share with them must keep them confidential and follow data-protection law.
Ending a Sponsorship
You can stop at the end of any term, and your listing then ends. The final text will say when either side may end it sooner.
